GO FLY A KITE! The Quad Cities Family Fun & Kite Festival brings together Show kites, stunt kites, free kids kite building with local youth and family organizations for the BEST FAMILY FUN EVENT in the Quad City Metro Area. Activities including Kite Battles, Bol Racing, Kite Building, Candy & Prize Drops as well as activities from the Family Museum, QC CoLab, QC Botanical Center and Miles for Melanoma.
This free to the public event highlights kite building and flying with three large fields kites of all kinds will take to the skies, excluding power kites please.
