This will be Deb’s 20th and last kite party on the shores of Lake Sakakawea in beautiful North Dakota. She is handing the event off to Rena Rustad of Prairie Wind Kites. Please help Deb celebrate by bringing your vintage kites out of storage and flying them at her festival. Bring your Trlbys and Peter Powells. Bring your Hawaiians and Spin-offs. This will be a fun fly of gigantic proportions.
