Fly a kite with Dad in the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks! EBFA shares Marcy Field with a fabulous farmer’s market for this annual Father’s Day Family Event. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Refreshments and kites for sale.

Take the Northway (Route 87) to Exit 30. Turn left onto Route 9N. Turn slight left onto Route 73. Marcy Field is just north of the village of Keene Valley.

This year’s theme is Kite Haiku. Look to the sky for inspiration and send us your poems, using the Japanese poetic form that consists of three phrases of five, seven and five syllables repectively. Email your entry to eastbranchfriendsofthearts@gmail.com.
