"Palupad Festival 2012†is a two day festival held at the Sitio Hamungaya Grounds of DA-WESVIARC located in Buntatala, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines.
This year’s theme is “Aim high! Fly high! Buntatala!

Directions:
Iloilo City is an hour away by airplane ,16 hours by boat, and 18 hours by inter-island bus from Manila, the capital of the Philippines. The venue is just an hour drive from the Iloilo airport and Iloilo wharf. If you take the inter-island bus, you will pass by the venue before you reach the Iloilo terminal.
