Description:

This is HobbyTown USA’s 3rd annual Community Kite Fly. Last year 250-300 people came out to fly their kites and watch the expert kite flying demonstrations. We want to invite all AKA members to come to this fun fly and help us build it into a spectacular festival. We enjoy kite flying and are trying to promote the sport in this area.

Directions:

Take Columbia Road exit(32nd Av.S.)off of I-29. Go north on Columbia Rd. to 24th Av.S. Go east 2 blocks and the park will be on the south side of the street. Bringwatt Park is a large open soccer park at the center of Grand Forks. It has facilities and a playground, also.
