Kiting Tampa Bay will be flying kites in the city. The Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts showcases 300 of the world’s most talented artists who essentially transform a downtown Tampa park into a museum. Kiting Tampa Bay will have a both set up with kites, mini-kites, and KAP.
