Description:

Our festival is centered around children and families. It is an open fly and everyone is welcome. There will be lots of giant kites and lots of stunt kites, too. There will be free kite making for the kids and lots of giveaways. We have candy drops, music, and fun. Come on up to East Tawas and fly a kite. Time is 10:00 until 6:00. There will be a night fly......weather permitting.

From 75 take the Standish exit for Highway 23. Take 23 approximately 35 miles to East Tawas. Continue on 23 until you come to Newman Street.....turn right and you are at the beach.
