A wonderful gathering of kite fliers and spectators, sponsored by the North Beach Bar & Grill and Savannah Parkinsons Support Group to raise awareness of PD and other Movement Disorders. - The 2nd Annual Tybee Island Kite Festival includes: Music Provided by "The Band with No Name", Kite Design Contest for Students of Savannah Arts Academy, Registration is $10.00 for a Beginner’s Kite and a bowl of delicious Gumbo!
