Description:
Alta Mira Specialized Family Services is a non profit 501c3 that supports individuals with developmental risks, delays or disabilities and their families to optimize their quality of life. More than 1,400 families impacted by developmental disabilities will turn to Alta Mira for help this year.
Sponsored by Lexus of Santa Fe, KiteFest is the signature brand raising and fund raising event for Alta Mira. Alta Mira is a proud member of the AKA, reaching out to the association members for guidance so that the event is produced to sustain and be a kiting event in line with the respected kite festivals.

Please do not use Jefferson or Balloon Museum Rd. to enter, you cannot access the field. Take San Mateo from Alameda to Balloon Fiesta Parkway or Toy/Tramway exit 234, south on frontage road, then west on Balloon Fiesta Parkway.

There will be food vendors, music, kid zones, creative art projects, hula hooping, rope jumping, and cow milking demonstrations. We ask that everyone bring their own water bottle as we practice sustainability and we will have water stations to fill your water bottles.
