Bluff’s Breeze Kite Festival will be held in Gering, Nebraska, at Five Rock’s Amphitheater on Aug 30 and Sept 1, 2014 (closed on Aug 31). From 10 a.m. until dark both days. This is our secondnd annual event with kite vendors and food vendors. You will see single line, dual line, quad line kites and huge promo kites filling the skies. This is a free event.
