Description:
The Rogallo Kite Festival is a 3-day event celebrating Mr. Rogallo and all of his contributions to the kite world. We will be flying from 10am - 4pm on the dunes of Jockey’s Ridge State Park with music, kite making, and games for the family at Jockey’s Ridge Crossing across the street.
