Directions:
Directions from Columbus, Ohio, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania:
Take Route 70 to Route 470. Take Moundsville exit or Route 2 South.
Follow Route 2 South and, at the light, turn left onto First Street/Route 250.
Take first left onto Fostoria Ave
Bear right at the Y onto Oak Ave.
Follow Oak Ave to Grandview Road up the hill to the park.
