The 23rd Annual Tulsa Wind Riders Festival of Kites is a long time tradition of Oklahoma Kitefliers. Hundreds will be in attendance for the two day event over Mothers Day Weekend. There will be kite making for the kids, a silent auction, kite and food vendors, a candy drop, and buggy demonstrations.
