City Wide Kite Festival to kick off Spring. The Dewey COOP has invited the Tulsa Wind Riders to host their First Annual Kites over Dewey. Come to downtown Dewey Oklahoma to make a kite with your loved ones and just have fun in the park. Kite making for the kids and kite flying in the park.
