Description:
The Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge hosts a large kite festival each spring to raise money for the animals they provide for. There will be a kite vendor and a raffle for kite giveaways. Live music and food vendors. Admission to the Refuge is not included in the festival. Kaleidokites in Eureka is the sponsor of the event and will be there selling kites.
