Kite Mania North “Windless Edition” 2015 is a two day retreat for kite fliers featuring Kite Making, Indoor Kite Flying and ending with an Indoor Kite Competition. Our featured presenters are: International kite makers, Fred and Donna Taylor from Port Colborne, Canada, Glenn Davison from Tewksbury, MA, Pauly Berard of Woonsocket, RI, and Internationally renowned Quad Line Champion and performer, Scott Weider. All this will be preceded by a sewing machine “Tune Up” clinic presented by Joe “T” Tricarico of Providence, RI.
We will be meeting at: Mother Brook Arts and Community Center, (MBACC), 123 High Street Dedham, MA 02026.
Sewing Machine Clinic with Joe “T” Saturday 11:00 – 1:00PM
Joe Tricarico, sewing machine “expert” will present “getting the most out of your sewing machine!” Joe “T” is the proprietor of Spirito Sewing Center in Providence, RI. He will assist you in tuning your machine to successfully complete this project. Joe has been a “life saver” for many who have neglected their machines. Make a “Syllabub Sea” Ground Display with Fred and Donna Taylor.
Saturday 1:00 – 5:00PM
Fred and Donna Taylor are internationally renowned kite makers who have traveled world wide sharing their amazing ground displays, kites and many other flying objects.
