Wind and Wheels Festival @ Wichita County High School Football Field

Let the Kansas wind fill your sail and steer you to Leoti for a fun filled day celebrating the wind! Mark your calendars for April 19 for a whole day of celebrating wind!
Are you a car enthusiast? A crafty kid? Do you dream of flying?
Come spend a day with us celebrating wind and the many fun things you can do when it’s howling outside your door.
The day will kick off with the AIM Committee’s Annual 5K to raise funds for a new high school track. Kite demonstrations and open kite flying will be going on all day. Feel free to bring your own or build your own on site! Radio Control planes will be showing and taking flight if the weather is just right. Join us to check out hot rods and classic cars for the wheels portion of our event!
There will be fun things to see and do for people of all ages! All events will be at the Wichita County High School Field!
