The Tour De Kites Continues..... The 14th annual Q92 Continuous Country "Outta Sight Kite Flight" will be held on June 6th & June 7th, 2015, 10 am until 5 pm. This free event will be held in Kennedy Park on Kenosha’s beautiful lakefront. Sponsored by Q92, Continuous Country, 1400 WRJN, and Magnum Radio, The Kenosha News, the City of Kenosha, Gift of Wings, and The Kite Society of Wisconsin & Illinois. Featured performers include Chicago Fire Kite Team, Scott Weider, Jean Lemire, Josh and Zach Gordon, Paul Koepke, Fire & Ice, Dan Newman, EOS, O2, Something Old. Something New, Brett Williams as the Kite Whisperer, Mike Delfar, the Giant Kites of Yves Laforest, flown by Alex and the Canadian Dream Team, and the kites of Charlie Sotich, built and sponsored by the Kenosha News, Educators Credit Union and Habush, Habush, & Rottier. Special thanks to The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois and Gift of Wings. For the first time ever, Scott Weider, Jean Lemire, and Paul Koepke will be flying indoor routines at St Mary’s grade school at 9 am and at 1 pm on Friday, June 5th.

Kenosha is: 1-3/4 hour drive from Madison (via I-94); 1-1/2 hour drive from Chicago (via I-94); 5-1/2 hour drive from Minneapolis/St. Exit hyw 142 off of I-94, and go East to the Lake

This is one of the best regional kite festivals in the country. Come and have fun! This is a FREE event..
10 am until 5 pm both days, with the Grand Launch at 12 noon.
