Description:
Bear Lake North Shore Kite Festival
Come join us and help support the first kite festival at Bear Lake in St Charles, ID. This will be a 2 day event (Saturday and Sunday) from 10am until 6pm each day. Admission into the State Park will be waived for each day as long as you let them know you are there to fly kites. You will be able to drive onto the beach and right up to the flying fields. We will have a PA system playing music all day and a field for demos. There is _plenty_ of room for everyone to fly whatever they want. It’s sand, so bring sand anchors. We will be giving away 70 kites each day to kids. We will also have bol races and, wind permitting, Roc battles.

From Garden City, UT, go north 12 miles on Main Street to N Beach Road (business named Bear Cave on the east side). Go east on N Beach Rd about 5 miles to the park entrance.
