The Third Annual Bluffs Breeze Kite Festival will be held in conjunction with the Old West Balloon Festival at the Fairgrounds in Mitchell, Nebraska. Kites of all shapes and sizes will fly; bring your own or purchase kites to fly on site during the day-long festival events.
