Calling kids of all ages to the 11th annual Bel Air Kite Festival! To be held at Rockfield Park in Bel Air, Maryland on April 16th from 10am to 4pm. Bring a kite, a blanket & chairs, and a picnic lunch for a day of fun - you can sit back, watch the kites, and enjoy the music too. If you’ve never flown before there will be lots of volunteers to help. Go fly a kite!!
