The First Annual LBI Fly International Kite Festival will feature celebrity kite fliers from the east coast and Canada. The festival will be kicked off with an indoor fly that will be open to the public. Throughout the weekend, there will be artist kites, banner and wind gardens displays, fighter kite demonstrations, single line kites, and sport kite demonstrations with individual and team flying. Children kite making, candy drops and bol racing will be offered to the public. Miniture butterfly kite workshop will represent the migration of the Monarch butterflies to our beautiful island.
