The Tour De Kites Continues..... The 16th annual THE SHORE "Outta Sight Kite Flight" will be held on June 3rd & June 4th, 2017, 10 am until 5 pm. This free event will be held in Kennedy Park on Kenosha’s beautiful lakefront. Sponsored by THE SHORE 92.1, 1400 WRJN, and Magnum Radio, The Kenosha News, the City of Kenosha, Gift of Wings, and The Kite Society of Wisconsin & Illinois. Featured performers include Chicago Fire Kite Team, CONNOR & AMY DORAN Jean Lemire, Josh Gordon, Paul Koepke, Fire & Ice, O1, Brett Williams as the Kite Whisperer, Mike Delfar, the Giant Kites of Yves Laforest, flown by Alex and the Canadian Dream Team, and the kites of Charlie Sotich, built and sponsored by the Kenosha News. Special thanks to The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois and Gift of Wings. The Cityof Kenosha Kids Mad Dash at 2:30 pm both days. For the second time ever, Connor Doran & Jean Lemire, and Paul Koepke will be flying indoor routines at several Middle Schools in Kenosha.

Kenosha is: 1-3/4 hour drive from Madison (via I-94); 1-1/2 hour drive from Chicago (via I-94); 5-1/2 hour drive from Minneapolis/St. Exit hyw 142 off of I-94, and go East to the Lake

This is one of the best regional kite festivals in the country. Come and have fun! This is a FREE event..
10 am until 5 pm both days, with the Grand Launch at 12 noon.
