Bring your single-line kite, buy a new kite, or make your own kite to fly. Picnics are welcome, and bring along a chair. Proceeds will be used to the care for the historic Keyaki tree planted by the Wakamatsu colonists. $10 per car, additional for passenger vans and buses.
