Liberty State Park is off Exit 14B of the New Jeresey Turnpike.After exiting go to stop sign and make aleft turn now go straight for 3/4 of a mile then make a left turn onto Freedom Way.Go about one mlie to parking lot on right. Pull in and park.Kite making will be next to the playground.
