Department of Tourism, Government of Telangana is organizing 3rd International Kite Festival at Secunderabad, Parade Grounds, Hyderabad, India from 13th to 15th January 2018, showcasing the rich heritage & culture of the state of Telangana. KITE - 2018 is an exciting 3-day event filled with fun frolic involving all age groups.
