Since 1993 the Southern Oregon Kite Festival (SOKF) has been one of the premier kite festivals in the U.S., bringing some of the most well known kite fliers and makers to perform and display their creations for locals and tourists alike...This invitational event is manage by a group of dedicated group of community volunteers.

Directions:
|
Brookings-Harbor is located on the coast of southern Oregon ten miles north of the California border. From the north, heading south on US-101, travel through Brookings and, just past the bridge, turn right onto Lower Harbor Rd. Free parking and free shuttle are available in the large Harbor parking lot. From the south, driving north on US-101, turn right onto S. Bank Chetco River Road just before the bridge. Take the 1st left toward Lower Harbor Road. Turn right onto Lower Harbor Rd.
