Bedford’s newest county park is open and ready to have a kite flying event! Sponsored by Peaks Of Otter Kite Flyers, Bedford County Parks and Rec, Bedford Va Rocks and Face Painting Of Bedford we are looking forward to a great second annual event. Growing every year we hope you can join us and enjoy a family oriented kite flying event. Located in Region 3 we have beautiful mountain ranges and easy access from wherever your located!
