A great day of kite flying in the heart of Shenandoah Valley. The day boasts free kite giveaways, hay rides, kite flying demonstrations, pumpkin painting, apple slinging, vendors, and food. Master of Ceremonies Will Smoot. This is a free event. Kite vendor will be present- cash only.
