First Annual Kite Flying Festival in Sherman Illinois to celebrate National Kite Flying Month, Support Youth Programs and Kick off to The Season of Parks and Recreation Programming . . Chicago Kitefliers will be present at event, kite sales, candy drops, kite build by local Boy Scouts, facepainting, kite races, outdoor games, bounce houses, food, popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream novelties, Pepsi drinks and more.
