Two-day sport-kite competition including precision and ballet events: individual, pairs, teams; dual-line, quad-line. Single-line festival; 2 mass ascensions; kids' kitemaking; sport-kite lessons; power-kite demos; beginners' dual-line competition. Raffle table. Hot dogs/pop available at field.

From south: Mukilteo ferry to Clinton. Go about 20 miles north, follow signs to Pt. Townsend ferry. Go 1/2 mile past ferry landing. From North: Take highway 20 south past Oak Harbor to traffic light at Coupeville. Turn right and proceed about 3 miles.
