Ocean Beach: Great Highway from Sloat Blvd. to Geary Blvd. Baker Beach: just west of the Golden Gate Bridge in the Presidio @ Lincoln Blvd and Bowley St. Crissy Field: 603 Mason at Halleck Street, Presidio

Ocean Beach is famous for its strong constant wind. Baker Beach is slightly more protected with a wider range of winds throughout the day. Many Kite Surfers gather here just off the beach and under the bridge. Dramatic views. Crissy Field has varied but great winds and the largest number of all types of kiters.
