13th Annual Sullivan County Kite Festival, Loch Sheldrake NY. Hosted by the local Community College and the New York Kite Enthusiasts, this annual event features sport kite demos, a mass assention, Running of the Bols, and a Rokkaku battle. A full day event with banquet and auction immediately following.
