Description:

Soaring Without Wind is an indoor kite fly for all ages and abilities. There will be free flying time, instructions for beginners, demonstrations, and kite-making. Highlights will be performances by Lee and Debbie Park and Penny Lingenfelter.

From Highway 101 heading south, go approx. 37 blocks past the center of Lincoln City (D River State Park)to High School Drive. Lincoln City Cinemas is on the left. Turn left to the next left, Spyglass Ridge. Taft High School is on the right. From the south, go to 3700 block and turn right on High School Drive.
