The 4th Annual "Come Fly With Us" festival brings together young and old and everyone in between for a fun filled day in the country, getting back to the basics. The day is filled with music, laughter, fun & games, and LOTS OF KITES.

From Cleveland - take 480-E to 271-N to 422-E (Warren). From Youngstown - take 422-W from Warren. Parkman is located at the intersection of Rt 422 & Rt 88/528. From this intersection take Rt 88/528 N .2 mi to Rt 168. Follow Rt 168 .6 mi. Overlook Park will be on the R at the top of the hill.
