An annual kite fly co-sponsored by Spokane’s Park & Rec. Dept, Lilac City Wind Chasers, and Colors on the Wind kite store. Very child-fun oriented. Many awards given out for children flying their favorite kite - and a participation ribbon for all. Stunt competition for Juniors (Jr High and younger) and Seniors (High School and older)
