Description:
This is the fifth year for the Shawnee Sister Cities Kite Festival. It is an annual 1 day family oriented day with kite making workshops, kite design contests (3adult categories and 3 categories for children) The event is open to the public and we are inviting all AKA members come on out and show off their kites. Concessions are available.
