Description:
The Upper Arlington Parks and Recreation Department is putting on its annual Family Kites and Flight Special Event. This is a time for the community to come and learn about kite flying, model airplanes and rockets. Family activities run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. but Thompson Park is open all day to kite flyers.
