This first year event is organized by the West Baton Rouge Tourist Services. This will be a fun fly event that features invited kitefliers, a kitemaking/design competition, kite art display, sport kite demonstrations, children’s kite workshops. There will be food and craft booths. The 20 plus acre flying field is located on the west bank of the mighty Mississippi at Baton Rouge.
