The Junction Kite Retreat is a 3-day gathering over Memorial Day Weekend at the Texas Tech Ext. Campus in Junction, TX. This is an annual event designed to promote kite making, and commraderie amongst fliers from all over the world.

The campus is located 2 miles south of Junction which is a little town at the intersection of I-80 and Hwy 83; about 60 miles west of San Antonio, TX.

Dorm style lodging is available on camapus and is included in the registration costs, as well as meals, hot showers, plenty of class room space, and a huge, open flying field.
