Description:

Kites and kids of all ages are once again invited to soar into springtime at Eagle Acres Ranch from 10 - 4. Kites Over Texarkana will be celebrating its seventh year of family fun. Come out and launch your made-in-the-backyard creation or build your own sled kite under the kite making tent. Hot dogs, chips, and cookies will be available as well as soft drinks and lemonaide. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are welcome.
