Description:
Windscape is a second time non-competitive festival (first held in 1998)to be held on a large field on the edge of this city of 16,000. The field is 800' by 1200 sq ft approximately. The festival will feature invited guests from Canada and the U.S. a kite workshop, food and beer tent, a kite sales booth and an evening Blues Festival(Long Days Night Blues Fest)on site. The festival is free and open to all flyers.
