"Come Fly With Us" Kite Festival is an annual event sponsored by the Parkman Chamber of Commerce, presented by The American Kiting Assoc. For young & old. Enjoy a fun filled day in the country getting back to the basics. Learn to fly, kite making classes, demonstrations, spring races, DJ, face painting, food. "Send It Packin' Plus" Kite Shop will have kites & supplies for sale. Free admission. 10AM-5PM

Parkman Township is located on Rt 422 halfway between Cleveland & Youngstown. At Rt 528 go N to Rt 168. Take Rt 168 W .8 mi. Overlook Park is on the N side of the road. There will be signs at all intersections.
