This event is help the State of IL to promote there special license plates for the states Park Districts, kites are printed on the License plates. The state will be selling the plates at several parks around the state on April 23rd.

From the intersection of Wabash Ave. and IL state route 4 (veterns Parkway) Travel west 2.4 miles. Turn right on Bunkerhill Rd, Just before the stop lights. Turn Right on Lenhart road. The kite fields are on the left.
