There must be at least two members per team at $5.00 each (A team is an adult and a child); family of 4 or more for $20.00. 1. Best Home Made Kite; 2. Largest Kite; 3. Coolist Kite. There will be a 1st 2nd and 3rd place awarded in each of the 3 categories. They are all cash awards. 1st $100.00, 2nd $50.00, and 3rd $25.00
