The 20th Anniversary Santa Barbara Kite Festival is a family style event open to flyers of all ages and abilities. Admission and parking is free. The site overlooks the Santa Barbara Harbor. Categories include highest flying,most beautiful, kite fighting, sport flying, tail chase (for children), and more. Awards and or prizes will be provided in most categories. Kites will also be available for purchase at the event. Award
