How about a little Fun Fly in Bend, Or?
The Bend Library is sponsoring a Kite Festival the weekend of May 7 (Saturday). There is considerable advertising going on in the area. The Library has 1000 kites to give away to the kids. They are really getting into it. Amy Doran (Fellow Kiteflier) lives there and has put a lot of effort into setting this up. This is a first time event. Let’s support her and the event. Join us if you can.
The field will be small, but we'll have a good time. If all goes well, we'll do it again.
