Description:
A fun filled event from noon to 4 pm. Free kitemaking for kids, prizes for biggest kite, smallest kite, prettiest kite, funniest kite that flys the highest and others. Big kites in the air, demos, candy drops and help learning to fly.

Directions:
NJ Turnpike or Interstate 295 to the last NJ exit before the Delaware Memorial Bridge (Route 49 East towards Pennsville / Salem. Follow Route 49 to Fort Mott Road and turn right.
Comments:
Fort Mott is a historical site, one of the three forts built in the late 19th century for the defense of the entrance to the Delaware River and Philadelphia. Tour the old fort or ride the "Three Fort Ferry" that will take you to Fort Delaware in the middle of the river and to Fort DuPont on the other side in Delaware.
