This is the Japanese cultural event of the year celebrating 50 years of friendship between the cities of St. Paul and Nagasaki. This event features Japanese cuisine, entertainment, demonstrations, arts and crafts. With special guest Seiko Nakamura and his kites. Nakamura is concidered the number one Hata maker in the world.
