The Festi-Vent kite festival is the only international winter kite festival in Quebec and may be in Canada. Each year, a country is invited. This year, it will be Italy with Ludovico Bertozzi and 3 others members of the Settimo Cielo kite club who will join the hundred kiteflyers who will fly on the frozen river. Few square kilometers of ice or snow. 30,000 visitors in 2005.
